Pretty much a good rule of thumb is, if the game advertises "Full Controller Support", you will likely have a good time with a controller. Beat Hazard (let me know if you need/want the "Ultra" DLC).
I'm not sure what games you are sick of yet, however out of the ones you have, the following I consider much better via controller (in no particular order and of course this is just my personal preference/opinion). If you are using a wired-X360 controller (my controller of choice for when I need one and am at my computer, however for Big Picture mode I'm using a long-range Bluetooth adapter/MotionJoy and an HDMI-over-ethernet connection from my PC to TV which was fairly cheap for the transmitter/receiver pair). In terms of games, I checked out your profile and filtered the games that we both had so I could make personal recommendations. I've really been taking advantage of Steam's "Big Picture" mode since I moved (this might have to do with the fact that my gaming PC and largest TV are in different rooms or maybe because I like to game at odd hours when, my now live-in girlfriend, likes to sleep down the hall from where the PCs are located) but the reason is moot =p.
