Though the world of FromSoft's Dark Souls 3 is absolutely massive, players may occasionally feel the need to backtrack and scout for necessary upgrade items. It's considered by some a boring way to earn rewards, but farming for items is a necessary evil in most RPGs. Farming is a term used to describe repeating an activity repeatedly to obtain a certain item or quantity of items.
